Prohibited Activities

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Refresh Tax Relief, LLC and its officers, principals, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of this Agreement, or any content you submit through the Site.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Use of the Site is at your sole risk. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Refresh Tax Relief, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to discontinue use.

Exclusions and Limitations

Severability

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without reference to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, California, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Commercial Arbitration Rules. No class actions are permitted. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

Notice

RTR may send notices to you via email at the address you have provided, by posting on the Site, or by other reasonable means. Notices to RTR should be directed to the contact information provided in this Agreement.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to revise this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.

No Resale of Service

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of RTR.

Feedback and Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions you provide to RTR are deemed to include a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and adapt such submissions for any purpose. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

International Use

If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including laws governing data export and privacy. Data transmitted through the Site may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States.
